The Company announces that David Rasche, Non-Executive Chairman, yesterday purchased 8,057 ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in GBG ("Ordinary Shares") at 615p per share.
Following this notification Mr Rasche has a beneficial holding of 731,536 Ordinary Shares (which represents 0.29% of the issued share capital of the Company).
