Sophos Group plc announces the acquisition of ordinary shares of 3p each in the capital of the Company (Shares), and the grant of an option over Shares, each pursuant to the Sophos Group 2015 Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP). Following this transaction, Kris Hagerman will have total beneficial interests over 2,639,616 Shares.
