DIRECTORS SHARE PURCHASE
CPPGroup Plc (the ''Company'') today announced that it received notification from the following Director regarding the purchase of ordinary shares of 10p each in the company.
The company was notified on the 21st June 2010 that Charles Henry Gregson, Chairman, and Non-Executive Director had purchased in aggregate 24,000 Ordinary Shares in the company at a price of £270 pence per share on 21st June 2010, representing 0.01% of the company's current issued capital. Following the purchase, Charles Henry Gregson is beneficially interested in 141,873 ordinary shares of the company's issued share capital.
