Rockwood Strategic Plc (LSE: RKW) announces that it received notice on 27 June 2023 that:
Richard Staveley, PDMR of the Company, purchased 3,826 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, at a price of 1987.8 pence per Ordinary Share, on 27 June 2023; and
Suzanne Staveley, a person closely associated with Richard Staveley, purchased 1,185 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, at a price of 1987.8 pence per Ordinary Share, on 27 June 2023.
Following the purchases, Mr Staveley, together with his connected persons, is interested in 30,700 Ordinary Shares, reflecting 1.15% of RKW's issued share capital.
