GoCo Group plc announces that on 28 May 2020, Nick Wrighton, a PDMR, exercised his SAYE option granted on 1 February 2017. The option was over 36,000 ordinary shares of £0.0002 each in the capital of GoCo Group plc under the terms of the GoCo Group plc Sharesave Plan at an option price of £0.50 pence per ordinary share. The maturity date of these options was 1 February 2020. All shares under option were retained as a share certificate.
