The Company was notified on 18 May 2015 that on 15 May 2015, the PDMRs listed below acquired Ordinary Shares of £1 each as shown below. This was as a result of reinvestment of the 2014 final dividend paid in respect of their shares held through the Company’s all employee Sharebuild Plan (an HMRC approved Share Incentive Plan). The shares were acquired at a price of £4.346 per share.
