The Company was informed on 8 June 2017 that, on 8 June 2017, Anthony Nelson a non-executive director, sold 81,637 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 24.50 pence and then repurchased the same number of 81,637 at a price of 24.53 pence to facilitate an NISA transfer.
Following these transactions, Mr Nelson's beneficial ownership remains unchanged at 1,656,543 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.8 per cent of PCFG's Ordinary Share capital.
