GCP Student Living plc (“the Company”) was informed on 2 July 2015 that Mrs Catherine Dunscombe, spouse of Peter Dunscombe, a non-executive Director of the Company, acquired 18,750 Convertible Redeemable Preference Shares (“C Shares”) of the Company at a price of 100 pence per share in the Company’s recent C Share issue.

Following this transaction, Mr Dunscombe is interested in a total of 37,500 Ordinary Shares (representing 0.034% of the Ordinary Shares in issue) and 18,750 C Shares (representing 0.016% of the C Shares in issue). The legal and beneficial interest in these shares is held by Mrs Dunscombe.
