On 12 February 2014, Brewin Dolphin Holdings PLC (LSE:BRW) received notification that Linda Cartwright, a PDMR, has today sold 7,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 317.8p each

Her resultant holding in Ordinary Shares in the Company is 69,171 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.0252% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
