On 26th March 2012 the Company was informed that Mr R M Walker, a non-executive director and Chairman Designate, had undertaken the following transactions in the Ordinary Shares of 2.5 pence ('Shares') in the Company:

·; The purchase on 23rd March 2012 of 150,000 Shares at a price of 52.50 pence per Share

·; The purchase on 26th March 2012 of 75,000 Shares at a price of 53.25 pence per Share.

As a result of these transactions Mr R M Walker holds a total of 225,000 Shares in the Company, equivalent to 0.04% of the Shares in issue.
