S & U PLC ("S&U" or "the Company")
Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company has granted share options in respect of 37,000 ordinary shares of 12.5p each in S & U to certain Company Directors under the Company's 2010 Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP").
The option awards were all made on 3 May 2012.
The earliest date the awards will vest is on 3 May 2015 all at an exercise price of 12.5p each. Under the terms of the LTIP two exceptional awards of 5,000 options each were made to AMV Coombs and GDC Coombs in recognition of their exceptional management of the group in a difficult economic climate over the past year; the vesting of these exceptional awards is subject to remaining in employment with the Company for three years. The vesting of two further awards of 5,000 options each made to AMV Coombs and GDC Coombs and of the awards to the other Directors is subject to each person remaining in employment with the Company for three years from the date of the award and meeting challenging performance targets.
