Director/PDMR Shareholdings

eXpansys has today been informed that, as noted in the recent Admission Document posted by the Company to shareholders on 6 July 2010, Peter Jones (a director) has transferred 17,301,617 ordinary shares of 0.25p in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to Stephen Vincent, a fellow director of the Company. 

Following this transaction Peter Jones is interested in 481,374,917 Ordinary Shares, representing 41.63% of the Company's issued share capital; and

Stephen Vincent is interested in 25,783,760 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.23% of the Company's issued share capital.
