Deltex Medical was informed on 31 October 2012 that, on 29 October 2012, Paul Mitchell, Finance Director of Deltex Medical, transferred 24,300 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") at 26.75p each registered in his name into his pension fund held with Investment Funds Direct Limited.

Following this transfer his beneficial interest remains unchanged at 176,496 Ordinary Shares representing 0.12% of the total issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
