Dechra Pharmaceuticals PLC announces that, on 21 October 2008, Susan Longhofer (a PDMR) exercised 35,857 options over ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company for a total consideration of £1.
The options were granted on 3 October 2005 pursuant to the Dechra Pharmaceuticals PLC Long Term Incentive Plan (the LTIP) and the exercise of the options was subject to the achievement of performance conditions which were satisfied in full.
Susan Longhofer has subsequently sold 14,747 of the shares acquired pursuant to the LTIP exercise (at a price of £4.00 per share) in order to fund the resulting tax liability.
Susan Longhoger therefore has an interest in 21,110 shares in the Company.
