Gresham House Strategic (AIM: GHS), announces that it received notice on 8 and 9 December 2021 that Mr Christopher Mills, via Harwood Capital LLP, Chief Executive of the investment manager, purchased 45,769 and 21,000 ordinary shares in the capital of GHS respectively, at a price of 1682.5 and 1687.5 pence per Ordinary Share, on 8 and 9 December 2021.
Following the purchase, Mr Mills' resultant holding in GHS is 66,769 Ordinary Shares, reflecting 1.92% of the Company's issued share capital.
