The Company was informed today that Nick Ziebland, Non-executive Director, acquired 11,466 ordinary shares in the Company on 02 February 2009 at a price of 32 pence per share. 

Accordingly, Mr Ziebland has a beneficial interest in 11,466 ordinary shares, representing 0.09 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
