NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS / PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL
RESPONSIBILTIES AND CONNECTED PERSONS
Wolseley plc confirms that Mr S P Webster, Chief Financial Officer, has increased his shareholding in the Company by 11,565 ordinary shares of 10 pence each.
On 25 March 2010, Mr Webster exercised a share option under the terms of the Wolseley 1989 Executive Share Option Scheme. He then sold 425 shares at 1603 pence per share to satisfy the arising tax liability.
