AVEVA Group plc (the "Company") announces that on Thursday, 8th August 2013, Jennifer Allerton, non-executive director of the Company, purchased 1,000 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 3.56 pence per share, at a price of £24.57 per share.

Following this, Ms Allerton owns 1,000 ordinary shares.
