Allergy Therapeutics plc (AIM: AGY), the fully integrated speciality pharmaceutical company specialising in allergy vaccines, was informed on 29th March 2011 that Mr Ignace Goethals, a non-executive director, purchased 115,197 Ordinary Shares of 0.1p each ('Ordinary Shares') on 29th March 2011 at a price of 8.6p per Ordinary Share.

Following this share purchase Mr Ignace Goethals holds 5,013,109 Ordinary Shares representing 1.61 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
