Notification of transactions by PDMRs
The Company received notification of the following transactions in its Ordinary Shares:
· Purchase of the Company's American Depositary Shares (ADS) by a Non-Executive Director. One ADS represents 0.5 Ordinary Shares.
· Purchases of Shares pursuant to a Non-Executive Directors' 'Shares in lieu of fees' scheme. The Shares were acquired in the market using after-tax Directors' fees in respect of their services to the Company relating to the period 1 April 2017 - 30 June 2017.
