Pursuant to Market Abuse Regulation 19, the Company hereby notifies that yesterday, the following Non-executive Directors purchased ordinary shares ("Shares") of US$0.02 each in the Company at 511.80 pence per Share. These purchases are in line with the Company's remuneration arrangements, as published in the 2017 Annual Report and Accounts today.
