NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS/ PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1), the Company announces that notification was received on 30 June 2015 that Tim Baxter, a person discharging managerial responsibilities of the Company, acquired an interest in 2,000 ordinary shares of US0.10 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at price of $3.73 per Ordinary Share on 30 June 2015. The transaction took place in the United States of America.

As a result of the above, Tim Baxter now has an interest in 2,000 Ordinary Shares.
