Altitude (AIM: ALT), the provider of information and technology services, announces that it was notified on 29 October 2014 that Stephen Yapp, the Executive Chairman, on that day purchased 170,000 ordinary shares of 0.4p ("Shares") at a price of 13p per Share. Following the purchase, Stephen Yapp now holds 170,000 Shares or 0.39% of the issued share capital.
