Notification of transaction by connected person of Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMR)
Pursuant to the Company's obligations under Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4, Glencore International plc notifies that on 25 June 2012 FR Galaxy Holdings S.à r.l. (FR) notified the Company that:
1. on 25 June 2012 FR increased its economic interest in respect of ordinary shares in the capital of the Company listed on the London Stock Exchange (Shares) under the share swap transaction previously notified by the Company on 13 September 2011, by a further 2,912,834 Shares at a price of £3.0864 per Share;
2. FR is a connected person of Mr William Macaulay, a Director and PDMR of Glencore International plc;
3. the transaction on 25 June 2012 took place in London; and
4. the transaction on 25 June 2012 constitutes a notifiable transaction under DTR 3.1.2.
