Synergy Health PLC ("Synergy" or "the Company")

The Company was today notified that Paul Santing, a person discharging managerial responsibilities, sold 1,800 ordinary shares of 0.625p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 917.00 pence per share on 04 February 2011.

In addition, Marcello Smit, also a person discharging managerial responsibilities, sold 3,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 890.00 pence per share on 03 February 2011.

Following these share sales, Mr. Santing and Mr. Smit hold 7,755 and 28,988 Ordinary Shares respectively, which represents 0.01% and 0.05% of Synergy's total voting rights.
