Director/PDMR Dealings
Domino's Pizza UK & IRL plc ("the Company") today announces that on 29 May 2009 it was informed of the following transactions in respect of ordinary shares of 1.5625 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
Gareth Franks, a Director of Domino's Pizza Group Limited, the Company's main operating subsidiary, acquired 151,132 Ordinary Shares on 29 May 2009 at a price of 107 per Ordinary Share, pursuant to the exercise of options under the Domino's Pizza Share Option (Unapproved) Scheme.
Gareth Franks disposed of 151,132 Ordinary Shares on 29 May 2009 at a price of 205 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the transactions referred to above, Gareth Franks holds 20,640 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.01% of the Company's issued share capital.
