Director/PDMR Shareholding
Sintana Energy, Inc (TSXV:SEI, AIM:SEI, OTCQX:SEUSF), announces that on 29 December 2025 and 13 February 2026, Douglas Manner, Non-Executive Director of Sintana, gifted 100,000 Common Shares of no par value in the Company ("Common Shares") to his daughter and sold 300,000 Common Shares at a price of C$0.45 per Common Share, respectively.
As a result of these transactions, Douglas Manner now holds 5,195,558 Common Shares in the Company representing 1.01 per cent.
