Stagecoach Group PLC11 July 2005 Transaction by Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility Stagecoach Group plc ("the Company") has been notified of the followingtransaction in the shares of the Company by a person discharging managerialresponsibility. The transaction has been notified in accordance with DisclosureRule 3.1.4R(1)(a). Nick Guest, Group Treasurer, sold 15,833 Ordinary Shares of 12/19th pence eachin the Company on 6 July 2005 for a consideration of 119 pence per share. Following the disposal, Nick Guest holds 29,771 Ordinary Shares of 12/19th penceeach, representing less than 0.01% of the total Ordinary Shares in issue. NickGuest also holds 275 "B" Shares of 18 pence each and 823,653 Options overOrdinary Shares of 12/19th pence each.
