Share plc (AIM: SHRE.LN) announces that Richard Stone, Chief Operating Officer and Finance Director of the Company, has today exercised 100,000 options over Ordinary Shares (representing approximately 0.07% of the current issued Ordinary Shares) at an exercise price of 20.0 pence per Ordinary Share. These options were granted in July 2006 under the Company's EMI arrangements.
Richard Stone has also today sold the 100,000 shares at 24.0 pence per ordinary share.
Following these transactions Richard Stone continues to hold 98,472 shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.07% of the current issued Ordinary Shares.
