Savills PLC09 December 2005 Savills plc For immediate release on 9 December 2005 NOTIFICATION TO THE STOCK EXCHANGE DEALINGS BY DIRECTORS The Company has today been notified that the Trustee of The Savills plc 1992Employee Benefit Trust (the "Trustee") purchased 89,000 Savills plc ordinaryshares of 5p each at 901.40p per share on 9 December 2005. Following the purchase, the potential beneficial interest of all the Directorsof Savills plc who are employed by the Group in shares held by the Trustee hasincreased to 4,868,689 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 7.3% of theCompany's issued share capital.
