Grant of saye options

On 26 July 2021, Grants of Options were made through the U and I Group PLC approved Save As You Earn Option Plan "Sharesave" (the "Plan"). The options were in respect of ordinary shares of 50 pence each in the share capital of U and I Group PLC.

All employees of the Company were eligible to subscribe for share options at £0.751 under the Plan which are exercisable at the end of a three-year savings contract ending 1 September 2024. The Plan rules follow HMRC guidance and limit each employee to a maximum saving of £500 per month over the three-year period of the Plan.
