Corac Group Plc12 April 2007 Corac Group PLC (the "Company") Notification of a change in the interests of Directors The Company announces the following changes to the interests of Directors in theCompany's ordinary shares of 10p each ("Shares"). On 2 April 2007, the Company granted options over Shares to the Directors namedbelow: Prof. Gerry Musgrave, Chairman of the Company - 85,469 options over Shares underthe EMI scheme, and 484,531 options over Shares under the Company's unapprovedscheme; Julian Reed, Engineering Director of the Company - 85,469 options over Sharesunder the EMI scheme, and 199,531 options over Shares under the Company'sunapproved scheme; Tom Ivings, Finance Director & Company Secretary - 240,000 options over Sharesunder the Company's unapproved scheme. All of the above awards are exercisable at a price of 39 pence, between 2 April2008 and 2 April 2015, subject to the satisfaction of certain performanceconditions.
