ROS AGRO PLC (LSE, AGRO) announces that the member of the Board of Directors has bought the Company's GDRs
Maxim Basov, a member of the Board of Directors of ROS AGRO PLC and the CEO of Rusagro Group of Companies, on July, 13 and on July, 24 has bought 50 thousand and 80 thousand of GDRs of ROS AGRO PLC respectively. As the result of both transactions, current stake of Maxim Basov in the Company is 7.2%.
