Awards vesting under the ITV plc Deferred Share Award Plan (the "Plan")
Awards are granted over ordinary shares of ITV plc under the Plan based on the achievement of performance targets. On 31 December 2008 awards previously made in respect of the 2006 and 2007 financial years were released to a number of executives and directors as detailed below.

The Trustee sold sufficient shares at 40.432p per share on behalf of John Cresswell and Michael Grade to satisfy income tax, national insurance liabilities and associated costs. The balance were retained by the participants.
Rupert Howell settled the tax and national insurance liabilities separately and has retained all of the shares.
