Directors Dealing
The Mission Marketing Group plc ('themission®`, AIM: TMMG), the national marketing communications and advertising group, has been notified today that on 18 July 2008, Martin Banbury, non-executive Director, sold 662,241 ordinary shares in TMMG at 81.5p pence per share.
On the same date, TMMG also received notification from Nick Bacon, non-executive Director, that on 18 July 2008 he sold 217,539 ordinary shares in TMMG at 81.5p pence per share.
Following the above transactions, Martin Banbury and Nick Bacon now have an interest in 1,736,256 and 643,379 ordinary shares representing approximately 5.2% and 1.9% of the issued share capital of the Company respectively.
