Director/PDMR Shareholding
Kellan was notified that on Friday 17 April 2009, John Bowmer, Non-Executive Co-Chairman, purchased 375,000 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 4.375 pence per Ordinary Share. Mr Bowmer is now interested in 12,597,251 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 14.47 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
Furthermore, the Company was notified that on Friday 17 April 2009, Tony Reeves, Non-Executive Co-Chairman, also purchased 375,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 4.375 pence per Ordinary Share. Mr Reeves is now interested in 12,597,251 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 14.47 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
