UBM plc PURCHASE OF SHARES BY ESOP TRUST The company was notified on 12 August 2013 of dealings in its ordinary sharesof 10 pence each by the Trustee of the UBM Employee Share Ownership Trust,which is a discretionary Trust for the benefit of employees (includingexecutive directors) of the UBM group. Date of transaction: 9 August 2013 Nature of transaction: Purchase of 375,000 shares at an average price of 715.173p per share, with a minimum price of 707.20p and a maximum price of 727.48p. The shares will be used to satisfy awards under UBM's share option andincentive plans.
