Non-Executive Directors - Monthly Share Purchase
On 1 November 2011, Legal & General Group Plc (the "Company") received notification that ordinary shares of 2.5p each had been purchased on that date, in London, by the Non-Executive Directors ("NEDs") listed below. These purchases are in accordance with the Terms of Appointment for NEDs which state that NEDs must use at least 50% of their fees to purchase shares in the Company. The purchase price was 105.9 pence per share.
