On 11 June 2019, 3i Group plc (the "Company") was notified that on 10 June 2019 Kevin Dunn, a person discharging managerial responsibilities, acquired for nil cost 33,508 ordinary shares of 73 19/22p each (ISIN: GB00B1YW4409) in the Company ("Shares") on the release of a share award and sold these shares on the same date at a price of 1055.02p per share.
