Director/PDMR Shareholding Notification
Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") announces that, on 2 June 2009, 17,704 Caledonia ordinary 5p shares, representing 0.03% of Caledonia's issued ordinary share capital were transferred to T C W Ingram, a director of Caledonia, under Caledonia's deferred bonus plan.
Mr Ingram sold 7,284 shares of the shares received at a price of 1565.5p per share, representing 0.01% of Caledonia's issued ordinary share capital, to fund the associated tax liabilities. Mr Ingram then transferred the balance of 10,420 shares, representing 0.02% of Caledonia's issued ordinary share capital, to his wife, Christine Ingram, a connected person as defined by the FSA Disclosure and Transparency Rules. These shares will be registered in Mrs Ingram's own name.
Mr Ingram's total interests in Caledonia's shares following the above transactions are as follows:
Beneficial - 118,930 shares = 0.20%
Options - 226,742 shares = 0.39%
Deferred bonus plan - 47,321 shares = 0.08%
This notification is made in accordance with DR 3.1.4R(1)(a) in relation to the dealings by Mr Ingram and Mrs Ingram.
