On 20 March 2015 the Company was informed that, on that day, Mr. Jolyon Head bought 2,625 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of £3.629 per Share.
Following the transaction, Mr Head now holds 9,854 Shares, representing 0.09% of the Company's issued share capital.
On 20 March 2015 the Company was informed that, on that day, Mr. Nicholas Crabb bought 1,036 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of £3.689 per Share.
