Plant Health Care (AIM / CISX: PHC.L), a leading provider of novel patent-protected biological products to the global agriculture markets, was notified on 15 April 2014 that, on 14 April 2014, Dr Christopher Richards, Chairman of the Company, purchased 824 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 59p per share. Following the transaction, Dr. Richards' beneficial interest in the Company's shares is as shown below:
