Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility or Connected Persons
I give below details of changes in interests in the Ordinary shares of GlaxoSmithKline plc in respect of the under-mentioned person:
Mr S M Bicknell acquired a beneficial interest in 10 Ordinary shares arising from the re-investment of dividends under a Personal Equity Plan on 6 April 2009 at £10.42 per share.
The Company and the above named individual were advised of this transaction on
