Directors' Shareholdings
Sterling was informed on 19 January 2010 that Montrose Industries Limited, in which Dr Richard Stabbins a non executive director of Sterling has an 84.4% interest, purchased 3,287 ordinary shares of 40 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 173.7 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase, Dr Stabbins is interested in a total of 300,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.14 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Sterling.
