Director/PDMR Shareholding
In accordance with the requirements of DTR Rule 3.1, the Company wishes to notify the following changes in the interests in ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Shares") of the following Directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs").
The Company was notified on 1 October 2017 that the following PDMRs had increased their respective holdings of Shares through the vesting of an award of shares made on 10 October 2016 under the Lamprell plc Retention Share Plan ("RSP"), as follows:
