The Company was informed on 16 July 2009 that Paul Jackson, a director of Capcon, acquired 94,692 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company on 16 July 2009 at a price of 6p per share. This transaction has been announced earlier today pursuant to Takeover Code Rule 8.1. Following the transaction, Paul Jackson is interested in 443,604 ordinary shares equivalent to approximately 3.8 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
