United Business Media Limited was notified on 9 April 2009 of the following dealings in its ordinary shares of 10 pence ("Shares"):

On 9 April 2009 the Trustees of the United Business Media ESOP Trust transferred 69,270 Shares to Nigel Wilson, an executive director of the company, following the exercise of options granted on 31 March 2005 under the Senior Executive Equity Participation Plan. All the Shares were sold on 9 April 2009 at a price of £4.5464 per share.
Following the above dealings, Nigel Wilson holds options over a total of 932,373 Shares.
