The Company announces that a Director and other Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility (‘PDMR’) acquired Centrica plc ordinary shares of 614/81 pence (‘Shares’) through the reinvestment of the Company’s dividend of 8.4 pence per share paid on 25 June 2015.
Mark Hanafin and Ian Peters acquired Shares through reinvested dividends on shares held in their Computershare vested share accounts at a price of 278.0 pence on 25 June 2015:
