InfraStrata plc was informed on the 24 February 2012 that Mr Craig Gouws, an Executive Director of InfraStrata, on the 24 February purchased 24,989 Ordinary Shares in his Self-Invested Pension Plan at 10.9p per share.

Mr Gouws' total beneficial shareholding in InfraStrata is now 233,073 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.26% of the issued and voting share capital of the Company.
