Director/PDMR shareholding
The following transactions were undertaken on 22 June 2022 by directors of the Company in the Deferred Annual Share Bonus Scheme ("DASBS"):
1. Grant of awards under the DASBS
The following awards were made on 13 December 2021 in respect of the annual bonus for the year ended 30 September 2021. The directors below each elected by 7 December 2021, in accordance with the terms of the DASBS, to take their bonus entirely in shares. As the Company was in possession of inside information, the Company waited until after the announcement of the recommended all-share merger of Capital & Counties Properties Plc with the Company made on 16 June 2022 before giving the relevant instruction to Equiniti to acquire the shares. Shares were consequently acquired at a price of £5.475956 per share on 22 June 2022 and are held in an employee benefit trust for the three year deferral period.
